But in the area of jurisdiction of DPWH-Quezon 4th Engineering District, their problem is not about damaged bridge but numerous “carwash” business that sprouts along the diversion road between Pagbilao and Atimonan towns...NAGSUSULPUTANG PARANG KABUTE AT NAKAKASIRA NG KALSADA!
